I'm not use Windows anymore, and will not maintain this tool. Let me known if someone want to handover this tool.

kbSizer is a desktop utility let you to control a lot of window behavior with keyboard. You can use keyboard to:

• Move window.
• Maximize / Restore window.
• Change window size.
• Apply predefine position and size to window.
• Toggle window "Always on Top".
• Change window transparency.
• Move mouse cursor.

Usage:

• Win + Arrows: Move window.
• Win + Ctrl + Arrows: Resize window.
• Win + Home: Toggle window always on top.
• Win + Space: Switch window/mouse mode.
