It could be nice to include lang files with the theme. They could be added
to the trunk by their translator or by some other trusted user.

I think that could encaurage translator to keep their localizations up t
date with new POT revisions and it benefits end user so they don't have to
search for the localization themselves.

Sounds good. For now, just attach the localizations here and I'll stick them in trunk.
