If you make a mistake in a draft, you can't just "cancel the draft, not
saving".  This means that if you have a pristine draft, and you, say, hit
menu-a, space, losing all your text...you're boned.

Obviously, you need to have ways to exit out of a draft without either
sending or saving; that's why there's explict "save the draft" logic.
