My hunch is that most people are developing to strict mode, not quirks mode. The default URL that shows in the Eclipse plugin when starting the server is for quirks mode testing. Would like to see that changed to http://localhost:8081/capture?strict if possible.

Would be even better if http://localhost:8081/capture was strict mode, and http://localhost:8081/capture?quirks switched on quirks mode testing.
