How to DSStringFormatter as a C++ Visual Studio 2008 Express External Tool

Download and DSStringFormatter installation
Open C++ Visual Studio 2008 Express
Click Tools -> External Tools
Click 'Add' button then fill in the following browse to path eg. C:\Program Files\DSStringFormatter\DSStringFormatter.exe
Optional Keyboard shortcut: Tools -> Options -> Environment -> Keyboard
Tools.ExternalCommand(NUMBERONLIST) -> Assign Shift+F12 (OR ANOTHER AVAIL KEY)
