Updated Apr 27, 2011 by Stephane...@gmail.com

Response Times Percentiles since 0.4.0

This graph will display the percentiles for the response time values. X Axis represents percentage, Y Axis Response time values. One point (P, Value) means for the whole scenario, P percent of the values are bellow Value ms.

The precision of the graph was updated in version 0.4.1 to 0.1 granularity. The percentiles are calculated in the range [0.1 .. 99.9] so outliers values will not break the graph Y range.

I think It would be really helpful if you presented the actual formula ( outside of the code) you've used to derive these graphs

If I have set up the test plan for 3 states, ramp-up state, steady state, and ramp-down state, is it possible to display the response time percentile chart only for the steady state e.g. from minute 2 - 7 while the actual test last for 8 minutes.

No, JMeter architecture doesn't allow this.

How do you write these results to file?

Right click the graph and you'll see saving options.
