Eg. If a client wants to change the key settings:

* Auto-nav URL,
* Append CR,
* Static or dynamic key,
* Set a new password,

He needs to enter the existing password right to make the changes.

This tool is for clients who want to change the configuration options of a UmiKey.

They are protected by the protection password. When guessed wrong 10 times, the
UmiKey should wipe out all its data inside and stop to respond to any requests.

Summary: Use a key protection password to further protect writes to the key's config data in EEPROM
