javafx ui to get_iplayer

this is aimed at the basic get_iplayer user who thinks scripts are too complicated to use.

It comes with the same caveats as get_iplayer in that this is not intended to get around the drm from BBC programs in any way shape or form. It is up to you to make sure you abide by the rules that the BBC places on its rights to its programs. http://linuxcentre.net/getiplayer/ You must install get_iplayer, flvstreamer and ffmpeg separately (don't worry it's not as hard as you think - see the link above for install instructions for your os)

It also owes a lot of thanks to all the JavaFX teams out there.. especially JFXTRAS for the shelf control (cover flow to you and me) and to Rakesh Menonp for the combobox (this is temporary until we get a proper comobo box in javafx)

also required for full functionality are ffmpeg and flvstreamer. You have to download these as well as get_iplayer. When you have, you click on the configuration label and set the locations to the various required parts. Its simple!
