A developer's system for creating mobile web pages with the iWebKit framework in a simplistic fashion. This system operates as a text editor with the addition of "elements," which are code generators that generate the respective HTML/CSS code in the creation of pages, links, images, and text. This development system is only for Windows. The content of the system is based off the iWebKit framework, for which that framework is held within its own GNU public license.
