Environment : ivybeans VERSION, netbeans VERSION , OS , jdk VERSION

Description :  There are issues for J2EE and Free-Form projects that are
listed as fixed (but no download available) There is not however an issue
for normal Java Web Applications. These do not currently work.

Unfortunately the issues you are talking about are not fixed but only accepted.

Web applications were a part of the  issue6 . But I keep this one for memory.

It is almost working without doing much. I just have to change how I manage lib
retrieved folder.
