Community-Contributed iTerm2 Color Schemes
IntroductionThis page links to color schemes that users have created and chosen to share. Alpha 17 will support importing and exporting them; if you can't wait, download the latest nightly build. InstructionsAfter downloading a color scheme file, go to Preferences->Profiles->Colors. Click on Load presets... and select Import..., pick the files you downloaded, and select OK. These files will be added to the Load presets... menu. To share your colors with others, follow the instructions above but select "Export...". You'll be prompted to save. Pick the name carefully, as the name you give the file determines the name of the preset that people see when they import it. Edit this page and post a link to it in the Color Schemes section. You may find this bash script useful for previewing the color combinations. Color Schemes

https://github.com/asanghi/vibrantinklion contains an iTerm2 theme called VibrantInk? popularized by Railscasts.com
The collection of my themes (listed above... https://github.com/mbadolato/iTerm2-Color-Schemes) now also contains Vaughan (custom), along with ports of OSX Terminal's Homebrew, Man Page, and Ocean
I've made an Espresso Libre theme matching the colors of the Espresso Libre theme in TextMate?
I ported vim's Wombat theme to iTerm2. https://github.com/djoyner/iTerm2-wombat
Hello, I ported the IR-Black theme from Terminal.app to iTerm2: http://pastebin.com/CHPGswQE
Another theme: https://github.com/Couto/Spacedust-iTerm2 This is a port from Xcode's Spacedust
Here's a port of an old color theme I used to use for xterm via .Xresources files: https://gist.github.com/2188495 It's an off–white theme; background is LightYellow3?, and bold/white text is inexplicably mapped to DarkOrange?. The colors are all from X11 palette and give resonance with classic ANSI colors, but with some liberty to change hues to pick nice colors: eg dark magenta is DarkOrchid4?, light magenta is HotPink??, and bright yellow is GoldenRod2?. Most color combinations are legible without minimum contrast enabled, especially if you have calibrated your monitor's gamma visually using the calibration took under System Preferences... Displays... Calibrate (and try setting white point to ~6000ºK, in my opinion).
Just noticed that someone made this rather nice site: http://itermcolorschemes.com/
That would be me :) Just tried to get a little bit nicer of a face on the github page that I have.
If anyone is interested in consolidating their schemes listed on this page, I'd be happy to include them in this set (with each owner/creator's permission, of course) so that we have them all in a unified place. Feel free to email me!
That's a useful & lovely site, Mark. Thanks!
