Two AppleScript Studio utilities that:

Import IPTC keywords from selected images in your iPhoto library and assigns them as iPhoto keywords.
Export iPhoto keywords from selected images in your iPhoto library to IPTC keywords.

Note that these utilities will not work with iPhoto '08. See here for more information.
