I'm running iPhone 1.1.4 with the new version 0.3 Feeds.app.

This is not a problem but a enhancement. I hope Feeds can make the already 
read item unread (like googlereader for iPhone).

This feature will be very helpful when sync online, read offline and sync 
online again. Because there are some items need to be read carefully again 
when get back to a computer.
