I did jailbreak then I get the activation screen. How are you guys copying this file to phone? iphuc is showing any "/usr/libexec" folder? what is going on here? Any help would be great.

I powered up with a non-ATT SIM and switched back and forth between an ATT and a non-ATT SIM and everything appeared to be working.

This patch sets the activation state to "Soft Activation". I created a similar patch that sets the activation state to "Activated" as in using a real ATT SIM. The original 1.0.1 lockdownd patch set the state to "Factory Activated". I wonder if that makes a difference.

Can anyone help me??? I really stuck with getting my iPhone to work at all. I am a MAC user and I am running on 10.4.11, iTunes 7.4 and my firware is 4.2.13_G. I tried to downgrade from 1.1.2 to 1.1.1 and it doesn't seem to work as it does not pick up the 1.1.1 firware, but instead load 1.1.2. Can anyone please send me an idiot guide to make my phone work? I have only purchased the phone last week from the States.

I have a jailbreakme 1.1.1 phone with AnySim1?.1 from i.unlock.no.

I then used OktoPrep? for 1.1.1 and updated to 1.1.2, then did the new jailbreakme touchfree (using the .jar file).

Before I did anything else, I grabbed a copy of the lockdownd from the phone, and the crc32 doesn't match the unpatched version you've got here: ffebad9f

Obviously, the patched version you've got here doesn't unlock this particular phone. Any ideas?

No there is no way YET. I suggest you wait two more weeks and from time to time check http://rdgaccess.com/iphone-elite/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=379&start=0&st=0&sk=t&sd=a, for any updates on the 1.1.3 unlock which will give us (1.1.2 OTB owners) the baseband unlock we're so desperately looking for

Hi, I saw the post on software unlock for OTB 1.1.2 and used the ZiPhone? application from www.ziphone.org The problem is, I used the V2.0, and got stuck with an Apple logo on the screen. The blog later released a V2.1 (both 2.0 and 2.1 are for PCs only). I have even tried on a Mac, with the Mac version of the application, and all it says is "ERROR: ziphone returned 5". With PCs, the error message is: "Searching for iPhone". Can anyone help>?? Pls, any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanx in advance.
