What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tried with the 2 methods (old and new) to back up the seczone and still waiting for data.
Nothing happens next and a 0 oct file is in the root?
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing happens .. Waiting for data...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.2 FW on Leopard

Please provide any additional information below.
I am following every single steps of your tutorials and I am always stuck at the backing up step.
nothing happens.

Anything you can help with?

This is a bug with norz. It seems to happen on some phones by reasons as of yet
unbeknownst. Even though norz is not an iPhone Elite piece of software, this is
annoying enough that I'll have a look at it and see what we can come up with.

this piece of shit phone doesnt work with the nor dump i get the waiting for data...
message no matter how many different methods i have tried to backup the seczone, is
there any other way to go about this to try to get this method to work like upgrading
without virginizing then downgrading to fix the baseband, ect or running the unlock
again. When i ran the unlock app i removed it from the system so is that a
possibility this is giving me the waiting for data error

norz worked fine for me on some iphones except one. Tried every suggestion, but on
that OTB phone none worked.
However that may help:
As I didn't want proceed without backup, I used nordumper to do a full dump.
Afterwards I gave norz one more try.
And it worked. Maybe coincidence, but maybe nordumper did some register settings or
the like, which helped norz working.
I'll have a look at the code differencies.
