This is a port of Dali Clock to the iPhone.

Dali Clock is a digital clock. When a digit changes, it "melts" into it new shape. The date is displayed when the screen is tapped. The clock also does funky psychedelic color cycling.

Update 3/9/2008

I've started work on migrating my port of Dali Clock to apple's official SDK, and JWZ has contacted me about merging the iPhone port back into the main Dali Clock distribution he maintains. There are some pretty big changes between the homebrew SDK and the official SDK, so I had to make some pretty big changes to how I was drawing to the screen. Right now it works in the simulator but it leaks memory like crazy. Hopefully by the time Mobile OSX 2.0 is released to the public, and the app store is online, you'll be able to download a nice version of daliclock from the app store for free :)

If you feel like helping out, work on the official SDK version is happening in the apple-sdk branch in subversion.

Update 11/22/2007

Dali Clock can now be downloaded and installed via installer.app! If you have the "Community sources" package installed, you will find Dali Clock in the "utilities" section. Share and enjoy!
