Inside Trac is a set of tools to help you monitor multiple projects.

Initially, it will be a single RSS reader plugin (that produces output like the current Trac timeline) along with a set of GreaseMonkey scripts to help link tickets from multiple sources.

Eventually, a LinkedTicket type will be created that will allow you to monitor individual tickets on remote issue tracker sites.
