When JID is 31 characters long (or more), authetication fails. Example jid
which causes failure: 10000@kotikokki-dev.mydom.local,
9999@@kotikokki-dev.mydom.local works fine.

Tested with iksemel-1.4/tools/iksroster + our own code.

Can you please try with the latest trunk code? I've fixed a bug in the md5 code
which was generating wrong sum for certain lengths of texts. That might have
fixed this bug as well.
