Are you fed up with working around with IE6's bugs, hacking your CSS to make your website work on IE6? We should stop this, seriously. We should stop supporting IE6 and suggest people to get out from the IE6.

So, you can add this little JavaScript to your website. If and only if visitor's web browser is IE 6 or below, it displays a close-able little notice bar on the top of the web page, to notify visitor to upgrade to a better browser. The bar looks just like the normal IE notification bar.
