Explanation

Conflicts usually arise when two people are fighting over the same thing. One side will say I want it, and the other side will say no, I want it.

In order to come to a good conclusion that meets the needs of all the interested parties, you have to know the needs of all the interested parties. They will just keep repeating "I want it" but we should try to figure out why they want it to come up with an alternative way of meeting their needs.

Interest will be awarded scores based on how valid they are. A conclusion or solution will be considered valid, if it meets the common interest of both parties.
