What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Turn on spell checking (download plugin, etc.) in Intellij 8 
2.  Create an XML file
3.  Misspell common words in file.  Notice that inspections don't show
misspellings.

In IntelliJ 7, the inspections would show misspellings

IntelliJ 8.0.1, build #9164.  JDK 1.5.0_16.
