What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
The diagram tests should be separated into a separate test plugin.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
The general tests and inference tests would not need to have graphical
plugin dependencies, allowing us to close project that are not necessary
and hopefully speed up unit test launch time.

Resolved in r1080 with a new plugin: org.openiaml.model.tests.diagram.
