Status of Hotwire distributions
Status of Hotwire on Unix/Linux systems
- Fedora: You should be able to yum install hotwire on Fedora 8 and 7
- Ubuntu: Gutsy: Getdeb Hardy: Universe
- OpenSUSE: PackMan
- Debian: sid package (apt-get install hotwire)
- Mandriva: Cooker users can just install the hotwire package. 2007 Spring users need to enable the /contrib/backports repository, then they can install the hotwire package.
- Archlinux: The package lives in AUR, so you can makepkg it or just use Yaourt to install it.
- Gentoo: ebuild bug (someone please pick this up), see also blog entry for 0.700, and forum thread on sqlite3
- Other? If you've packaged Hotwire for another system (or need help doing so) let us know on the discussion group
