Need to install gimp-python. Unpack and Copy to ~/.gimp-2.4/plug-ins/.

• Layer Batch Rename: Rename layers in batch (Layer->Tools->Batch Rename)
• Layer Reverse: Reverse stack orders of all the layers in an image. (Layer->Stack->Reverse Layers)

Firefox Extensions

• myEye: Protect my eyes from white background
• scrollimg: Jump to next image/photo in a page with a lot of images
• html2ubb: A sidebar to do simple html to UBB code conversion

Misc

• Picture Grid: Stitch pictures into a random grid/puzzle/maze. Pygtk is required.
• Lyricod: Lrc lyric Onscreen Displayer for Linux.
• FontIndustry 字体工业: Convert glyph bitmap grid into an auto-indexed font. Used to make TTF font in batch.
• img4pdf: My python version of converting image files to a PDF file program.

Depends on python-reportlab and python-imaging packages. These is also a Greg Roelofs' version of img2pdf program. And many other image2pdf, imgtopdf, imagetopdf, jpeg2pdf, jpg2pdf, png2pdf, gif2pdf... People love jpeg, jpg, gif, png to pdf!
