This project provides a user interface to Hackystat data based upon the Simile/Timeline system.

The goal is to provide a way to create a timeline in which each single time line represents developer activity using a type of tool. For example, one time line could represent the use of the Eclipse tool over time, with various significant events (compile, etc.) noted along it. Another time line could represent unit testing, another SVN commits, and so forth.

The result provides insight into the patterns of development that occur, as well as gaps during development where nothing seems to be happening. Such 'Dead Time' could be as interesting and important to the overall productivity and effectiveness of development as the periods of time where development is occuring.
