This will allow users to edit and update their personal information and to manage their account details.

Menu scheme: Profile |_Manage - account information management |_Browse - index of existing users |_Commentary - listing of all comments entered from the Matches area for currently logged in user.

Constraints: - Public spectators (not logged in) can only view certain details of a user and will be limited to certain controls, such as editing or posting comments. - A user can only edit their own profile unless their permission level states otherwise (ie: Sys. Admin etc.)
