There is a milestone 1 of GWT 1.6 available already. Please add support of GWT 1.6 into plugin. GWT 1.6 has new directory structure of WAR. Thanks, --MG |

gwt-run from the 1.1-snapshot plugin works but it cannot find my spring context files. Please keep this also in account. |

Please DO NOT add GWT 1.6 support here. This issue should be closed as won't address. We plan to merge and become members at the Codehaus GWT Maven plugin, new features should be worked on there (I am not saying we shouldn't do it, just that we should not do it HERE - no new features here please). If you have to do it here for whatever reason, please do it in a branch. I won't support new features here (I will be moving over to Codehaus, once I do a final support/main version release here). |

Ok, I see we already have some basic 1.6 support in the trunk. We should discuss, if it's not too much overhead I suppose we can keep it and that's just what I get for not checking up more often, if it's a lot to document/etc, we probably should plan on removing it and moving to Codehaus or a branch? |

What is the state of 1.6 support? |

I am trying to strongly DISCOURAGE it. Move to the Codehaus plugin for new features. http://mojo.codehaus.org/gwt-maven-plugin/1.0/ I am not sure the state of support for 1.6 there either, but that is where we all need to start migrating and working on 1.6 support (they may already have it, I don't know). |
