Allows for no-JSNI interop with existing JavaScript libraries by declaring a Java interface for use in the Google Web Toolkit

This project exists to allow the interop facility to be developed independently of the main GWT trunk as an experimental project. It is currently used by the gwt-google-api and GWT Feed Reader projects.
