The aim of GStyle is allow you to write style sheets in Java and have this interpreted into CSS at runtime. It's pretty basic at the moment, but works pretty well.

I'll get some examples up soon, but one of the major goals for this project is to allow browser abstraction when it comes to writing the style sheets, and provide a browser specific interpreter to produce the stylesheet you require at runtime.
