To make the notebooks more usable online, we want/need to be able to
generate pdf files on the fly, and print them. It would be best if we could
print the notebook page images without the GReF references, for ones that
have been GReF'd. Perhaps we could have a check box on the main query page,
right before the author's name. If you check the box, it searches for those
pages and creates a pdf.

We can talk more about how to implement this, but it has been on our
notebook wish list for years.
