This software is no longer working

Users receive the following error:

Suspected Terms of Service Abuse. Please see http://code.google.com/apis/errors

This error is due to the fact that Google changed the terms of service for the Translate API to the following:

Important: Google Translate API v2 is now available as a paid service only, and the number of requests your application can make per day is limited. As of December 1, 2011, Google Translate API v1 is no longer available.

Desctiption:

A Google Translation client for Windows capable of grabbing selected text from most applications (MS Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.), and making a web services call to the Google Translate™ translation service to retrieve the tranlated text.

The text can then be displayed as a tooltip, pasted into the originating application via the clipboard to replace the original text, or red outloud via Text To Speech (TTS).
