A Google Translation client for Windows capable of grabbing selected text from most applications (MS Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.), and making a web services call to Google to retrieve the tranlated text.

The text can then be displayed as a tooltip, pasted into the originating application via the clipboard to replace the original text, or red outloud via Text To Speech (TTS).
