Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
No tests are implemented in the new added modules
Tests are needed for the springboot modules as well as the react one, possibly the Vue one also when implemented.

Describe the solution you'd like
Tests should be added. A first task could be to research minimal test, then implement them.

Closing as outdated - future work on web UI won't use the existing implementation. More info on future web UI at #495.
