PERSON FINDER API TERMS OF SERVICE

By using this API, you consent to be bound by these terms in addition to the Google APIs Terms of Service ("API ToS") at http://code.google.com/apis/terms/index.html.

Section 1: Fees

• You and your users may not may not charge a fee for or commercially trade content that is accessed through the Person Finder API, and you may not charge users any fee for the use of your application.

Section 2: Storage of Data

• Any records obtained through the API may be stored only in compliance with the expiry mechanisms set forth in Section 3.3 of the PFIF 1.3 specification
