The requirements for a password for AdSense are seven characters, at least
one of which is a letter and one of which is a number:

https://www.google.com/adsense/ng-app-single-1

While the requirements for a standard Google Account are six characters,
with no format requirements:

https://www.google.com/accounts/NewAccount

As a result, many publishers can have trouble having the same password for
Google Accounts and Google AdSense, which in turn can make things
difficult using password managers that act on the entire Google.com domain
(like Opera's wand feature).

Workaround: Just use the most strict rules to create a password which can be used for
both.

The real issue here is that Adsense doesn't seem to use Google Accounts fully.
