Reported by ext.t...@kyriba.com, May 2, 2012
Found in GWT Release (e.g. 2.4.0, 2.5.0 RC): GWT 2.4.0

Encountered on OS / Browser (e.g. WinXP, IE8-9, FF7): IE 9 WIN XP

Detailed description (please be as specific as possible):
Datagrid footer cells are not aligned in their columns.
I have displayed a footer for column 1, no footer for column 2, one footer for column 3. The footer 3 is not aligned in the column 3.
This issue does not occur in Chrome.

Shortest code snippet which demonstrates issue (please indicate where
actual result differs from expected result):

i.e. Open http://gwt.google.com/samples/Showcase/Showcase.html#!CwDataGrid in Internet Explorer 9

See the Average Footer for the Age Column. In IE9, it is not display in the Age Column whereas it is in chrome.

I had found a workaround :

You have to provide afooter cell for every column even if it's empty.
