Reported by gwt.team.mmendez, Jun 14, 2007
Found in GWT Release:
1.4 RC1

Detailed description:
Need to try to get the Gears BHO to load in the Windows hosted mode. This
should enable the URL mapping used by resource stores to work in windows
hosted mode.

Best case, causing the BHO load will allow the redirection to work. Worst
case, we will discover another problem which prevents it from working.

Workaround if you have one:
None

Fix submitted to Miguel for review. Previously failing code now works, official
gears test code works in hosted browser, all tests still pass.

Could you please try it on Windows (IE) without gears installed?
For me it throws an uncatched exception breaking hosted mode.
I did a return(false) in startGears (org.eclipse.swt.browser.WebSite.java) to fix it
for now.
