The Project and Project Issue Tracking modules power Drupal.org's issue
tracker, and are used by the developers and testers in their day-to-day
efforts to improve Drupal. Releases for each project are currently
displayed in table form (see, for example, 
http://drupal.org/project/google_analytics). Currently, the
releases that are displayed on the projects table are also
the releases that the update_status module recommends that site
administrators  install on their sites.  It would be useful
to allow project maintainers to specify additional releases
to be displayed on the overview page of their project.

This task involves creating a patch for project_releases.module
(part of the Project package at http://drupal.org/project/project)
that makes the summary table look more like that used in the
update_status module (see http://drupal.org/project/update_status).
There is already an issue in the project module issue queue at
http://drupal.org/node/176776 that explains this task in
more detail.

of this task can be found at that same location.  You should read through
that entire task to familiarize yourself with ideas related to this task. 
You are responsible for creating a patch for the 5.x-1.x-dev branch of
the project module that makes the releases table look more like that
in the update_status module.

This task is complete when there is a patch attached to the above issue
that has been reviewed and marked "ready to be committed."
