r1703	[Author: vamsikrishna] Adding the PortAudio into third_party. PortAudio is an opensource cross-platform audio library. It is intended to be used by the proposed Gears Audio API, to access the audio devices in a platform independent way. The 'README.google' file specifies from where/when/how the PortAudio sources are put into third_party directory. r1680	[Author: playmobil] Unify update_task_sf & update_task_ff. In the first version of Gears for Safari, workers where external processes and so we used a named semaphore here. The problem with this approach in a single process model, is that OS X doesn't appear to release semaphores when the process that acquires them has crashed. So you could get into a situation where Safari crashed and Gears refused to create any more update tasks. Instead we now use the unified update task in this case. Currently there is no installer, so added an 'install' target invokable by 'make BROWSER=SAFARI install' which performs the non-trivial installation process. Modified the tools/osx/install_inputmanager.sh script to support this. Removed FF dependency for launch_url_with_browser executable.
