Hi, The correct way to do this would be to write an authentication plugin and fall through to using the database (or another if you give the user the choice) authentication plugin. See our documentation for more information http://wiki.phpbb.com/Authentication_plugins doing so would eliminate the need to edit the database configuration file.

I've did it! http://it.sander.su/forum/ The problem was in login_friendconnect.html It has a line google.friendconnect.container.setParentUrl('/' / location of rpc_relay.html and canvas.html /); by default (after downloading) there is something strange there and you have to provide a correct path. I guess it should be placed somewhere in the instruction.

I'm still using phpbbII ? I think it would be possible to include this plugin on older versions ;-)

Anche perché l'email non è messa nel profilo creato automaticamente dopo il login...

if you get message loading only, please check this list. 1. you config file(login_friendconnect.html) path to canvas.html and rpc_relay. 2. in overall_header.html have this line <!-- INCLUDE login_friendconnect.html --> and in overall_footer.html have this line <script type="text/javascript">runFriendConnectApi();</script> 3. you GFC ID on 'site: SITEID' line in file login_friendconnect.html 4. after you patch or edit template file, Do not forget "Refresh" you style in ACP

sometime GFC API not work in IE, i don't know why? this plug-in have security issues. So use with caution.
