Liberate data across web services.
Make that data portable across cooperating web services.
Allow users to own their own data which is submitted to the Cloud.
Do anything else to allow users to have fine-grained, easy access, and control of their data.

If you are serious about free data formats and transfer, please join the OSCO at osco.on.lc (there is a Wiki, and a Google group too). We try to promote open standards by unifying existing approaches and help with supporting software libraries for interfacing.

Give me the Google nameservers to migrate my apps to you. At least with DLF I won't have to worry about Lock in....
