We should also update the instructions.html files to show how to deploy the applications from the command-line using Maven. See: http://www.kindleit.net/maven_gae_plugin/index.html While we are at it, let's also add in the instructions that the user should go to http://localhost:8080 to run the application. This is confusing for the Eclipse directions in particular because the "Development Mode" view in Eclipse shows a different URL.
