GO-Elite can be run from multiple sources, both stand-alone and over the web. The stand-alone versions (downloaded to your computer) are full-featured and customizable Ontology/pathway/gene set over-representation applications. The GO-Elite web interface is streamlined for analysis of the standard GeneOntology and WikiPathways for the latest version of Ensembl. Likewise, the GO-Elite Cytoscape plugin provides these same web interface options in addition to pathway visualization and network selection of nodes for over-representation (available in GenMAPP-CS).
