i can not see gtk applications when i removed it from panel so i have to
enable it again so i can go to preferences and disable mannualy

I don't think the panel will tell the applet that it is removed.

Fixed in git master.

when the applet is removed to panel, it tells the gtk plugin to restore the local
menu bars.
