There used to be a wiki page with instructions for how to do things like 
disable metacity's transparency for unfocused windows. This was really 
useful, and now it's nowhere to be found--I can't find these instructions on 
gnome look either. You should make these available again, even if they're 
just tucked away somewhere obscure.
