gmconvert is a small, command-line and GUI program to convert genotype output files from ABI (Tm) Genemapper (3.7 and 4.0) to a more useful format while reducing transpositional errors associated with manually re-arraying data.

gmconvert is written in python and takes advantage of the wxPython toolkit for creating GUIs.
