After switching away from the hybrid view, the browser (tested with IE7)
fails to garbage collect many DOM elements. The leak does not occur unless
the hybrid view is used.

What steps will reproduce the problem? Please provide a link to a
demonstration page if at all possible, or attach code.
1. Go to http://debeach.com/mapviewchange.html
2. Click on the Map button
3. Navigate to another page or refresh the current page

To demonstrate, use sIEve (http://home.orange.nl/jsrosman/).
1. Load the page listed above and click Go.
2. Click on the Map button
3. Click on the Go button
4. Click the about:blank button in sIEve

What version of the API are you using? 150c
