Very, very briefly said, this means that you can use Glux for both commercial as uncommercial applications, for example, you can make games with Glux and ask money for them, just like most companies demand money for their games nowadays. If Glux were to be copyrighted under the GPL license, you could only make free or open-source software. We, here at Ogre Technologies, delibrately chose not to do this, as we want our users to be free to make whatever applications they wish with Glux.
