It should be possible to localize the content of the wiki according to the
preferred Content-Language of the request. This implies:
 1. finding the correct mechanism in HAppS to do this
 2. implementing it
 3. translating page decoration and main pages (eg. Welcome, Help)

I am willing to help in this if given some indication for 1 and 2.

This is a good idea, though it might be quite a bit of work, because (as far as I
know) HAppS doesn't include any built-in support for localization. Thanks for
offering to help.

There is an i18n library:
http://hackage.haskell.org/cgi-bin/hackage-scripts/package/i18n. I'll need to look
into how this could be integrated with gitit.
