new diff between two branches feature is missing files from "Changed Files" section on page #522

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Perform a diff between two branches as shown in Issue #133
2. Notice that the "Changed Files" section does not mach the remaining part of the
page that shows what changes are between the two branches

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The "Changed Files" section to match and show all files touched/changed between the
two branches.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.0 on Redhat
