git-svn-utils consists of a few Python scripts to help Git users participate in SVN hosted projects. It's designed to work in conjunction with Git's on git-svn.

Initially it contains git-svn-diff - a tool that generates diffs against an upstream repository that are in the format that svn produces and hence the format that tools like TortoiseSVN know how to consume.
